The retreat will take place in New Vrindaban in Moundsville, West Virginia, in the United States, at 3759 McCrearys Ridge Rd. It will begin on Friday, September 29, at 4 p.m. Eastern and end on Sunday, October 1, at 2 p.m. Eastern. Check-in for accommodations will begin at 1pm on Friday, September 29, and check-out will be at 11am on Sunday, October 1. There will be prasadam on Friday for dinner, breakfast-lunch-dinner on Saturday, and breakfast-lunch on Sunday.
